This Refund & Dispute Policy applies to all services provided by Liang Shao LLC, a U.S.-registered trading and sourcing service provider.
Liang Shao LLC provides business-to-business (B2B) sourcing, coordination, and documentation support services. We do not sell consumer goods directly and do not operate as a manufacturer or retailer.
Our services are primarily service-based, involving supplier search, coordination, communication, and project execution support.
Service fees (including sourcing, coordination, and consulting fees) are non-refundable once the service has commenced, including but not limited to:
This is because service value is delivered progressively and cannot be reversed once work has begun.
Liang Shao LLC does not manufacture products directly. Any product-related payments, deposits, or balances are governed by the Purchase Order (PO), OEM/ODM agreement, or written contract agreed upon for each project.
Refunds related to manufactured goods, if any, are subject to the terms negotiated with the supplier and outlined in the relevant contract documents.
Clients are encouraged to contact us at info@liang-shao.com before initiating any chargeback or bank dispute.
Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in suspension of ongoing services and termination of future cooperation.
