Liang Shao LLC acts as a sourcing and coordination service provider.

Our role is limited to coordination and communication support based on client instructions.

2. Shipping Terms

Shipping arrangements are coordinated based on Incoterms agreed in the project documentation, which may include:

3. Lead Times & Production Schedule

All timelines provided are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Carrier & Logistics Responsibility

• •Clients may appoint their own licensed freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• •If a supplier-recommended forwarder is used, we assist with coordination only.
• •We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, port congestion, or regulatory inspections.

5. Documentation Support

We may assist in coordinating shipping-related documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and supplier-provided certificates (if available).

Final verification and acceptance of documents remain the responsibility of the buyer/importer and their appointed agents.
