Liang Shao LLC is a U.S.-registered trading and sourcing service provider, registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. We provide business-to-business (B2B) services, including supplier sourcing, OEM/ODM coordination, and documentation support for international clients.

We do not operate as a manufacturer, retailer, or consumer-facing seller, and we do not sell products directly to end consumers through this website.

2. Scope of Services

Our services may include, but are not limited to:

• Supplier sourcing and preliminary qualification
• OEM / ODM coordination and production follow-up
• Supplier-side communication and milestone tracking
• Documentation coordination (e.g. commercial invoices, packing lists, supplier-provided certificates)
• Coordination support related to shipping readiness and handoff with client-nominated forwarders

All services are provided based on client-specific requirements and written agreements, if any.

3. No Legal, Customs, or Regulatory Advice

Liang Shao LLC does not provide legal, customs brokerage, tax, or regulatory advice.

Any information related to compliance documentation (such as test reports, declarations, or certifications) is coordinated based on supplier availability or client instructions and does not constitute legal assurance or regulatory approval.

Final responsibility for product compliance, import/export clearance, and regulatory obligations remains with the buyer/importer and their appointed agents.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Providing accurate specifications, requirements, and target markets
• Confirming product suitability, compliance requirements, and commercial terms
• Appointing licensed forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory advisors as required

Liang Shao LLC is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete information, third-party service providers, or regulatory decisions beyond our control.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liang Shao LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.

Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of service fees paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, and branding elements, is the property of Liang Shao LLC unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Governing Law
